the hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, helping me book tours even though I didn't speak the local language. the location was perfect as it allowed me to easily visit nearby attractions like the Arisaki Crane Sanctuary and was within walking distance of the train station. the room was comfortable and spacious, although slightly dated. the hotel's onsen was a lovely addition, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. the only downside was that the wifi was only available in common areas. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My experience during my New Year's stay at this hotel was decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the onsen was a great addition to the amenities. The Japanese food served at the hotel was also delicious and authentic. In terms of location, it was easy to get to from the train station and there were some nearby attractions to visit. the hotel provided a decent experience for an affordable price.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. The rooms were quite outdated and in need of some maintenance.
